You earn 25% of everything they actually pay, for 12 months from their first payment. Commissions clear a 30-day refund hold, then are paid on request once you're over $50.
How much do I earn?
25% of the cash each referred workspace actually pays — not a list price — for 12 months from their first payment. If they upgrade, your commission goes up with them. If they get a discount, it is calculated on what they really paid.
How long does a referral last?
A click is credited if the workspace signs up within 30 days. After that the attribution is permanent: first touch wins and it is never reassigned, even if someone else refers them later.
When do I get paid?
Commissions are held for 30 days to cover refunds and chargebacks, then become payable. We pay manually, on request, once your cleared balance is over $50 — by bank transfer or PayPal, whichever you set on your account. There is no automatic payout schedule.
Can I refer my own company?
No. Self-referrals are not eligible, and the check runs both when the referral is recorded and again when the invoice is paid.
What if someone was already a customer?
A workspace that signed up before clicking your link is not eligible. You will still see it in your dashboard, marked with the reason, so you always know where you stand.
