Privacy Policy

DeDupe is a duplicate-management tool for Attio, developed by the Dialed team. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We collect the minimum needed to find and safely merge duplicate records in your Attio workspace.

• ·Account details: your name and email address, and the workspace you connect.
• ·Attio workspace data: records and their attributes, accessed through the permissions you grant during OAuth, used to detect and resolve duplicates.
• ·Usage and diagnostic data: logs of scans, merges, and errors, used to operate and improve the service.

• ·Detect potential duplicate records and present them for review.
• ·Perform merges you approve and keep them reversible for the rollback window.
• ·Maintain security, prevent abuse, and provide support.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your Attio records to train third-party models.

Data is stored with reputable infrastructure providers and protected in transit and at rest. We rely on a small set of sub-processors to run the service, including our cloud hosting and database provider and, where applicable, our payment processor. Access to workspace data is limited to what is required to operate the product.

We retain workspace data only as long as your workspace is connected and for the rollback window that keeps merges reversible. When you disconnect DeDupe or request deletion, we remove your workspace data on a routine schedule, except where we are required to retain records to meet legal obligations.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can revoke DeDupe’s access to your Attio workspace at any time from Attio or from your account settings. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
