Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of DeDupe, a duplicate-management tool for Attio developed by the Dialed team. By connecting a workspace or using the service you agree to these terms. If you are using DeDupe on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

DeDupe scans your connected Attio workspace for likely duplicate records, presents them for review, and performs the merges you approve. Scans are read-only; changes are only written when you approve a resolution.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs under it. You grant DeDupe access to your Attio workspace through OAuth, and you can revoke that access at any time.

• ·You are responsible for reviewing and approving merges before they are applied.
• ·Completed merges are reversible for the stated rollback window; after that window a merge may not be recoverable.
• ·You are responsible for having appropriate backups and permissions for the data in your workspace.

Do not use DeDupe to violate any law, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure.

Paid plans are billed as described at checkout. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel a subscription at any time, and it will not renew for the following period.

DeDupe is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Attio. “Attio” is a trademark of its respective owner. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dialed and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
