Program terms

1. Joining

Applications are reviewed by hand and we may decline any application without giving a reason. You are not a partner, and links do not earn, until your account is approved. We may suspend an account at any time — a suspended account stops earning on new invoices, but commissions already earned and approved are still paid.

2. Commission

You earn 25% of the amount a referred workspace actually pays — the real amount collected, after any discount — for 12 months from that workspace’s first payment. Your rate is recorded on each commission when it is earned, so changing your rate later never alters what you have already earned.

Commissions are paid in US dollars. Invoices billed in other currencies do not currently earn commission.

3. Attribution

A workspace is credited to you when someone clicks your referral link and connects their Attio workspace within 30 days. Attribution is first touch: the first partner to refer a workspace keeps it permanently, and it is never reassigned — including to you, if that workspace was already referred by someone else.

A workspace that existed before your link was clicked is not eligible. You will still see it in your dashboard, labelled with the reason.

4. What does not earn

Self-referrals. You may not refer your own account, your own company’s workspace, or any workspace you are a member of. This is checked when the referral is recorded and again when each invoice is paid.

Comped accounts. Workspaces given free or complimentary access do not generate commission, because no money is collected.

Misrepresentation. Paid search on our brand terms, unsolicited bulk email, coupon and deal sites, and any claim that you are DeDupe or speak for us will end your participation and forfeit unpaid commission.

5. Holds, refunds and chargebacks

Every commission is held for 30 days after it is earned before it becomes payable. If the underlying payment is fully refunded or charged back, the commission is reversed. If it had already been paid to you, the reversal is deducted from your next payout.

Partial refunds do not currently reduce commission.

6. Getting paid

Payouts are manual and on request. There is no automatic payout schedule. Once your cleared balance — commissions past their 30-day hold — is at least $50, contact us and we will send it by bank transfer or PayPal, using the details on your partner account. Balances below $50 roll over.

You are responsible for your own taxes. We do not withhold.

7. Changes and ending

We may change these terms. Changes apply to commissions earned after the change, never retroactively to commissions already recorded. Either of us can end your participation at any time; if we end it, commissions already earned and approved are still paid unless the reason was fraud or a breach of section 4.
