DeDupe comes in two shapes depending on whether you want a one-time cleanup or ongoing protection. You can compare them on the pricing page.

Single scan and resolve

A flat one-time price, no subscription. You get a full scan and cluster report, cluster resolution with attribute-level winner selection, and safe merges that move notes, tasks, files, list memberships, and relationships — with a full audit log and a 30-day rollback window. It does not include monitoring, scheduled scans, auto-merge, assignment or health reporting.

The one-time plan includes your free scan plus one follow-up rescan of People and of Companies, so you can confirm the workspace is clean. A scan that fails or is cancelled doesn't count.

Best when you want to clean up a workspace once and be done.

Continuous monitoring

A subscription priced by workspace size, billed monthly or yearly (yearly is discounted). On top of everything in the one-time plan, it adds:

• Continuous monitoring of new and changed records
• Scheduled scans, as often as you need
• Auto-merge above a threshold you set
• Saved resolution rules and a review queue with assignment
• A rolling 30-day rollback window and a monthly health report
• Priority support

Plans scale by the number of records in your workspace. Every person and every company is one record, so 1 person + 1 company counts as 2 records, and merges are never metered. Your plan is picked from your workspace's record count, so you never have to work out which tier you're in. Workspaces over 1,000,000 records are priced individually — talk to us.

DeDupe covers People and Companies today. Custom objects are on the roadmap.

How access works

Access is per workspace. When you first connect Attio, DeDupe runs a free, read-only scan and shows you your duplicate count and the ten matches it's most sure about. From there you can buy the one-time cleanup or start a monitoring subscription by card; the full tool unlocks as soon as the payment goes through.

To change plan, update your card, download invoices or cancel, open Settings → Plan & billing and choose Manage billing (workspace admins only). If you cancel a subscription, you keep monitoring until the end of the period you've paid for. If you bought the one-time cleanup first, its $145 is credited against your first month of monitoring.
