The one-time cleanup and continuous monitoring options, and how access works.
DeDupe comes in two shapes depending on whether you want a one-time cleanup or ongoing protection. You can compare them on the pricing page.
Single scan and resolve
A flat one-time price, no subscription. You get a full scan and cluster report, cluster resolution with attribute-level winner selection, and safe merges that move notes, tasks, files, list memberships, and relationships — with a full audit log and a 30-day rollback window. It does not include monitoring or auto-merge.
Best when you want to clean up a workspace once and be done.
Continuous monitoring
A subscription priced by workspace size, billed monthly or yearly (yearly is discounted). On top of everything in the one-time plan, it adds:
- Continuous monitoring of new and changed records
- Auto-merge above a threshold you set
- Saved resolution rules and a review queue with assignment
- A rolling 30-day rollback window and a monthly health report
- Custom objects and multiple workspaces, plus priority support
Plans scale by the number of records in your workspace. For metering, 1 person + 1 company + 1 deal counts as 3 records, and merges are never metered.
How access works
Access to the full app is granted per workspace. When you first sign in, a new workspace may start in a preview state that reveals your duplicate count and offers to Book a Cleanup; the full tool unlocks once your plan is active.
There is no self-serve billing portal inside the app today. To start a plan, change tiers, or ask about invoicing, use Book a Cleanup on the pricing page or contact support.
