Partner program

Refer Attio workspaces to DeDupe and earn a share of what they pay.

If you consult on Attio, run an agency, or write for people who do, you can refer workspaces to DeDupe and earn a share of what they pay. Applications are reviewed by hand — start at the partner program page.

The full rules live in the program terms. This guide covers how it works day to day.

Getting your link

Once you are approved, your dashboard at Dashboard → Partner program shows your referral link. It looks like this:

https://app.dedupe.io/r/your-code

Share it anywhere. Anyone who clicks it and then connects their Attio workspace is credited to you.

Campaign links

If you promote DeDupe in more than one place, create a campaign link for each channel — a newsletter, a conference talk, a blog post. Each one gets its own click count so you can tell what is working:

Campaign links earn exactly the same as your main link. They exist only so you can tell them apart. Deleting a campaign link never affects referrals it already produced — they keep earning.

How a referral gets credited

A referral is credited when someone clicks your link and connects their Attio workspace within 30 days. After that, the attribution is permanent.

Attribution is first touch: the first partner to refer a workspace keeps it, and it is never reassigned. If a workspace was already referred by someone else, or had already signed up before clicking your link, it will not earn for you.

Your Referred workspaces table shows every workspace attributed to you and, when one is not eligible, exactly why. Common reasons:

What you seeWhat it means
EligibleThis workspace will earn commission on what it pays
This workspace signed up before your link was clickedThey were already a customer
Already referred by another partnerAnother partner got there first
Signed up more than 30 days after the clickOutside the attribution window
Self-referral — your own accountYou cannot refer a workspace you belong to

What you earn

25% of the amount each referred workspace actually pays — the real amount collected, not a list price — for 12 months from their first payment. If they upgrade, your commission goes up with them. If they had a discount, it is calculated on what they really paid.

Your own rate and duration are shown at the top of your dashboard. If we agreed something different with you, that is what you will see and what you will be paid.

Holds and payouts

Every commission is held for 30 days after it is earned, so refunds and chargebacks can settle. You will see it as On hold during that window and Ready to pay afterwards.

Once your cleared balance reaches $50, get in touch and we will send it by bank transfer or PayPal. Payouts are manual and on request — there is no automatic schedule. Balances under $50 roll over.

If a payment behind one of your commissions is fully refunded or charged back, that commission is reversed. If it had already been paid to you, the reversal comes out of your next payout.

What counts as a payment

Both ways to buy DeDupe earn commission: the one-time cleanup and a monitoring subscription (every invoice, for your commission duration). Workspaces we give complimentary access don't earn, because nothing is collected — but if one of them later pays, commission starts from that payment.

A commission appears on your dashboard as soon as the payment lands. Referrals you sent before billing launched are attributed the same way, and their duration counts from their first payment.

Your account

Sign in with the email address you applied with and your partner dashboard appears automatically. If you applied with a different address than the one you sign in with, get in touch and we will link them up.
